As co-chair, Wendy is also leading the way in bringing together an event that connects adults 50+ with the latest local resources and opportunities to enhance everyday living.

Kathleen comes from Arlington’s banking community, where she has worked with residents for many years in a variety of financial roles. She has enthusiastically embraced the mission of making Boomers & Beyond Arlington’s premier event for adults 50 and older—helping them discover new ways to live well through local products, services, and opportunities that make life simpler and more fulfilling.

The Arlington Housing Authority operates several housing assistance programs which provide direct housing in government-owned developments or subsidized housing in privately-owned dwellings for persons of low or very low income. Our mission is to provide clean, safe and affordable housing to low-income families and individuals through collaborative partnerships with community agencies while managing Housing Authority finances in a fiscally responsible manner. The AHA housing portfolio includes senior housing units located at Chestnut Manor, Cusack Terrace, Drake Village, the Hauser Building, Mystic Gardens, and Winslow Towers; family housing located at Menotomy Manor; and Housing Choice Vouchers that help participants live in privately-owned dwellings throughout the community.
The Department is organized into three divisions: Operations and Community Services, Investigative Services and Professional Standards, and Support and Logistics, in order to deliver the highest level of quality services. In addition to our sworn police officers, we offer a wide array of services to meet the needs of our community, including a civilian crime analyst, and a mental health clinician.
